We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Free standard delivery is available for most mainland UK locations. Additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote or offshore areas.

Orders placed afterΒ 5:00 PM (UK Time), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin from the date your order has been processed, not the date it is placed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details where available.
4. Delivery Times

5. Delivery Service
Deliveries are carried out by trusted courier and specialist furniture delivery partners.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- Delivery updates may be provided via email, SMS, or phone where available
- Large or fragile items may require specialist delivery scheduling
- Standard delivery is to the ground floor entrance only
Room-of-choice delivery or additional services may be available for selected items at an extra cost.
Please inform us before dispatch if there are any access restrictions (e.g. flats, upper floors, narrow access, or remote locations).
6. Delivery Charges
Free standard delivery applies to eligible mainland UK orders.
