Delivery, Returns & Fulfilment Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses only.
Free standard delivery applies to most mainland UK locations and excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and selected remote or offshore areas.
Estimated delivery timeframes are typically 10β14 working days, although many orders are delivered sooner depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and courier schedules.
Following order placement, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details and provide relevant updates where necessary.
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. Where available, express delivery services may be offered and may incur an additional charge.
2. Delivery Areas & Charges
We offer free standard delivery across eligible UK Mainland addresses, as indicated at checkout or on individual product pages.
Additional delivery charges may apply for the following regions:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Remote or offshore locations
Where applicable, any additional delivery costs will be clearly communicated prior to order fulfilment.
If you are unsure about delivery coverage for your address, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order to obtain confirmation.
3. Delivery Process
All deliveries are fulfilled via trusted courier partners and specialist furniture logistics providers.
- Deliveries are typically carried out MondayβFriday, 8:00amβ6:00pm
- Delivery dates and time windows may be provided via email or SMS where available
- Certain large, fragile, or specialist items may require scheduled delivery arrangements
Standard delivery is made to the ground floor entrance only.
Room-of-choice delivery may be available on selected items for an additional fee.
If your property has access restrictions (including flats, upper floors, gated access, or remote locations), please notify us in advance to ensure appropriate delivery arrangements can be made.
4. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or inaccessible at the time of delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to accept delivery within the confirmed time window.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
We kindly ask that all items are inspected upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the item
- Clear photographic evidence of the packaging
Upon review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, where applicable.
6. Returns Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unused and unassembled
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
- Include proof of purchase
Returns may be arranged by the customer or collected via our courier network. Where a collection service is provided, a collection fee may apply and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be processed under our Returns Policy.
Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or customized items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has commenced.
8. Assembly Services
Certain products may require self-assembly.
Where available, optional assembly services may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
We advise customers to check all components prior to assembly. Once assembly has been completed, items may no longer be eligible for return.
