8. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing online may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unless exempt, customers may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving goods.

Returned products must be:

• In a resaleable condition.

The following products are non-returnable unless faulty:

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Customers should inspect goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage, defects or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided.

11. Interior Design Advice

Any styling, room planning or design advice provided by Belgravia Home is offered for general guidance only.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring measurements, specifications and product suitability for their intended use.

12. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

• Have no cash value;
• Cannot be transferred;
• Cannot be combined unless expressly stated;
• May be withdrawn or amended at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, branding and website design, remains the property of Belgravia Home or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
