Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Items are returned in their original packaging
  • All components, accessories, and documentation are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items have not been installed or used in any way

Returns may also be accepted where an item does not materially match its description, excluding minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to screen or display differences, or the use of natural materials.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised products
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Items not returned in original packaging or in resalable condition

Once approved:

  • Items must be securely repackaged in their original packaging
  • All parts, fittings, and documentation must be included
  • Return instructions will be provided by our team

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.


5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Where required, we may assist in arranging a suitable collection service for larger or fragile items.


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Delivery label (if available)

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may still be possible; however, return or delivery charges may apply.

Made-to-order, bespoke, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.


9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to availability.

Where approved, exchanges will follow the same process as standard returns.


10. Assembly

Once an item has been assembled, it is deemed accepted and may no longer be eligible for return.

We strongly recommend inspecting all items thoroughly prior to assembly. If you have any concerns, please contact us before proceeding.


11. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider
  • Klarna customers should contact Klarna directly
  • If the issue remains unresolved, our support team will be happy to assist
